Poggio al Leccio was build in middle age on a hill above the river Elsa.
The complex comprises a country house, one in the course of time converted guard tower of the 15th Century, a small chapel from the 18th Century, a detached barn (Poggio al Leccio 1), and two smaller independent buildings (Poggio al Leccio 3 and Poggio al Leccio 4). The main building is a dwelling of the owner (who does not live there) and a charming ground floor apartment with a separate entrance and garden (Poggio al Leccio 2).
The property offers spacious lawns surrounding the buildings, each with private garden, a rose garden and a football field.
