Is in the outlying area (grocery stores/ newspapers are in 2 minutes reachable) of Zanca, in the middle of green typical Mecchia Mediterranea.
The exclusive location of the house directly above the sea, offers views over the Tuscan island of Capraia and Corsica, where you can watch spectacular sunsets.
The house is ca. 40 meters away from the mainstreet ( you can’t reach with the car directly to the house) and between the house and the street  is a  footpath which guaranteeds the peaceful location of this house.
It takes 15 minutes footwalk through the Mecchian to reach the beautiful beach with clear water and the white rocks of Zanca. Also available is through an another footpath a fully equipped beach of Sant´Andrea (Parking, deck chairs, bar, children's playground).
Otherwise, a short drive to the mountain parade saves the walk back to the house. Zanca and Saint´Andrea are two villages merge into each other

Is a  simple, parted in three rooms house in Zanca at Elba. Through a glass door leads from the courtyard into the fully equipped kitchen with seating area. On the opposite side leads through another glass door to an ca. 20 square meters large furnished terrace with  fantastic panoramic views over the Mediterranean. Left from the kitchen the hall leads into the double bedroom and bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Located on the right of it, is the entrance into the twin bedroom.
The garden around the house is partly fenced or  surrounded by a dense hedge and adjacent to the natural landscape (dogs allowed).
The garden offers shady corner under fruit trees, a variety of blooming flowers and a refreshing outdoor shower.

100% if the cancellation is received within 29 days before arrival
