Villa Rosa dei Venti up to 6 persons in Porto Azzurro

is located in the middle of a green area only 3 km distant from the famous harbor Porto Azzurro.
Porto Azzurro offers boat rentals, supermarket, restaurants and a lot of nice shops, specialized mostly on jewelery. The ferryboat from Piombino lands at Rio Marina, at only 8 km distance from the house. Villa Rosa dei Venti offers a distant view on the coast of Porto Azzurro and can be reached on a short dirt road that guarantees the privacy of the property. It takes 5 minute drive to reach the beach of Terranera with a small lake at the beach, or the Golfo Reale.
The house is divided in a main body to be rented and a small apartment that might be used sometimes by the owners.

Terracotta floors and wooden ceilings create a typical Tuscan atmosphere of the interiors. A furnished Loggia leads through 2 glass doors into the living room with a spacey sitting area and TV, and through a third glass door into a fully equipped kitchen. A small bathroom with shower completes the ground floor. A wooden stair leads into the first floor with 1 double bed room with terrace and sea view, 1 twin bed room with balcony, 1 spacey double bed room with sea view and a big bath room with shower, bathtub, toilet and bidet.

For bookings made after 60 days before arrival, the customer is kept, the full rental price to be paid immediately CANCELLATION FEES: 20% of the total price if the cancellation until the 90th Received the day before arrival
40% from the 89th 60th day
60% from the 59th To 30 days day
100% if the cancellation is received within 29 days before arrival
