Palazzo Cesaretti represents a typical example of the Italian 16th century architecture inside the historical town of Spoleto. Everything can be reached by walking distance.
Entering the first floor,  where once the Noble family were living, one gets the idea of entering the stage of a Pasolini film set. Each room was restored without changing the character of the house, but maintaining it´s particular charm. No plastic furniture and empty scaffoldings, but antiquities and objects telling their stories from the past.
Through a staircase one reaches the first floor, the so called ´piano nobile´, entering the atrium from where all rooms start:
a big bathroom with toilet, bidet, bathtub and shower, a small bathroom with toilet and shower, a bedroom with two beds, one living room with sofa and sitting area, on the left one master bedroom with king size bed, on the right one twin bed room, a dining room with fire place and another living room or studio, one kitchen with open fire place and a big ancient marble sink.
From the dining room a door leads on the bridge into the private garden.

In the hanging garden, among Laurel trees, guest can enjoy a barbecue area and an open-air shower. Two Pergolas equipped with table and chairs and some sun chairs invite to relax after interesting sight seeing tours in the historical center.
